The main entrance of the hall will be approximately 100 metres further east along the quay. This is an 8-minute walk.

Numerous Translink Metro bus services serve stops on Oxford Street and May Street, both directly inland from the hall's location on Donegall Quay. Key routes include the Metro 3, 6, and 9 services. The Europa Buscentre, a primary hub for intercity coaches, is an inland 12-minute walk east along Great Victoria Street and May Street to Donegall Quay.

For those arriving by car, several options are available inland from the venue. The Hilton Belfast Q-Park is adjacent to the hall on Donegall Quay, offering immediate access. Q-Park Victoria Square, located inland to the west, is an 8-minute walk via Victoria Street and Donegall Quay.
