Tallahassee's primary Amtrak station, located approximately 2.5 miles west of the stadium on Railroad Avenue, is a long-distance passenger terminal and not viable for local stadium access via walking. No local commuter rail or light rail services the stadium directly.

StarMetro, Tallahassee's bus service, operates several routes with stops conveniently located around the Florida State University campus. Routes such as the 'Gold' and 'Garnet' routes, among others, have stops on West Pensacola Street and Stadium Drive, both immediately adjacent to the venue. Consult the StarMetro route maps for specific schedules and stop locations, especially for event days which may feature extended services or dedicated shuttles.

For events at the stadium, parking is predominantly managed through Florida State University's extensive network of garages and surface lots. The University Center Garage is immediately adjacent to the stadium, while the Spirit Way Garage and Traditions Garage are within a 10-minute walk east. Advance booking for these spaces is strongly recommended, particularly for high-demand events, as congestion is significant and drive-up availability is often limited. Fees are charged per event.
