The space typically accommodates between 5,000 and 15,000 attendees, depending on event-specific layouts, which range from full standing pits for concerts to designated zones for temporary seating platforms for festivals and open-air cinema.

Permanent structures are deliberately few; the site primarily features robust, modular stage installations and service buildings constructed from weathered steel and timber, designed to blend with the rural aesthetic. These are largely functional, housing technical control booths, artist facilities, and sanitation points. Sightlines across the open field are generally unimpeded, though elevation differences and the scale of the audience can make distant stage views challenging for those not positioned close to the front or on natural rises. Acoustically, the space operates as an open-air environment. Sound dispersion is significantly influenced by prevailing wind conditions, necessitating a comprehensive, multi-zone PA system to ensure clarity and coverage across the broad expanse. There is no natural reverberation, meaning all auditory presence is engineered via amplification.
