The Etihad has step-free access and lifts throughout, and the club's Access Team arranges seating, parking and support before the day rather than on it.

  • Wheelchair positions: Raised platforms at the back of all four stands on Level 0, each with an adjacent companion seat. There is further wheelchair-accessible seating on Level 2 across the Colin Bell and East stands, the Legend's Balcony and the North East and North West corners, and on Level 3 in the Colin Bell and East stands.
  • Accessible toilets: More than 42 across the general admission areas — at least 16 on Level 0, at least 20 on Level 1 and at least 6 on Level 3 — all RADAR key operated.
  • Changing Places: Level 0 of the South Stand, block 019, with a hoist (bring your own sling), a shower, a height-adjustable sink and an adult-sized changing bed.
  • Hearing loops: Fixed loops in the City store, at the ticket office and stadium tours desk, at every service counter and in the reception areas. A portable loop is provided on request.
  • Blue badge parking: Up to 371 accessible spaces. The accessible car park is signposted as the Grey Car Park, entered from Gate 7 off Ashton New Road at M11 3DL, and is booked in advance with the Access Team. A wheelchair-accessible buggy runs between the Blue Car Park and the north side of the stadium.
