The shows
Kings of Leon play The O2 in London on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 July 2027. The O2 says the shows are part of its 20th birthday series of concerts and will be the band's first London shows since "their record breaking fifth night at Hyde Park back in 2024". Doors open at 6.30pm, and the venue lists "special guests" without naming them.
Official Charts reports that these are "the only UK arena appearances from the band next year", and that two outdoor shows in the north of England were due to be announced later in October. So they are the only UK arena dates, not necessarily the only UK shows.
The new album
The dates follow the announcement of the band's tenth studio album, O My Beloved, out on Friday 6 November 2026. Radio X calls it the band's "most intimate and unguarded record to date" and the follow-up to 2024's Can We Please Have Fun.
Caleb Followill, quoted by Radio X, described it as a look back: "We have already surpassed anything we ever imagined we could do, and we've built something that is so special. I thought, wouldn't it be beautiful to make an album that is looking back on all of the things that we've done and appreciating how we got here."

How the sale went
Fans who pre-ordered the album by 2.59pm on 6 October got presale access at 9.30am on Wednesday 7 October, and the general sale opened at 9.30am on Friday 9 October, according to Radio X.
When Radio X reported the news on 5 October only one night, Friday 2 July, had been announced. The O2 now lists both Friday and Saturday. No source we have read says why the second night was added. No face-value prices have been published.

How many tickets are on StubHub
StubHub publishes how many tickets its sellers have listed for each night. We record that figure, and the cheapest seat, every hour. A falling count does not by itself mean tickets have sold, because sellers also withdraw or reprice listings, but it shows how much choice is left.
At the last check StubHub listed 913 tickets across 4 dates.
Priced at the cheapest seat on each date, those tickets come to at least £93,102. Most sell above the cheapest seat, so the real total is higher; StubHub does not publish the price of every listing, so we only state the minimum.
Which night
The table compares the dates listed on StubHub: the tickets listed on each now, the change since we first recorded it, and the cheapest seat.
