The 3Arena is committed to providing an accessible and enjoyable experience for all its visitors. Wheelchair access is comprehensive, with dedicated ramps and lifts providing access to all public areas, including seating tiers, concourses, and restaurants. The venue offers a range of wheelchair-accessible seating locations, strategically placed to ensure excellent views of the stage or performance area, and these can be booked in advance through the venue's ticketing partners. Accessible toilets are available on all levels, equipped with ample space and appropriate fixtures. For those with hearing impairments, a hearing loop or induction loop system is available in designated areas; please check with guest services upon arrival for the most suitable locations. The 3Arena welcomes assistance dogs and service animals; facilities for them are available upon request. Accessible parking is located within the adjacent multi-storey car park, with bays situated on the lower levels for ease of access to the venue. Trained staff are available throughout the arena to provide assistance to visitors with disabilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe visit.

Main entrances are clearly signposted around the base of the spherical structure. Queue arrangements are typically structured with barriers. Expect thorough bag searches and security screening as standard. For popular events, particularly those with general admission standing, arriving 60-90 minutes before the advertised door time is advisable to navigate queues efficiently.
