Opened in November 2021, Al Dana Amphitheatre is a purpose-built, open-air performance venue located within the Bahrain International Circuit complex in Sakhir, المحرق. Designed with a contemporary aesthetic, the hall features a robust construction of steel and concrete, typical for large-scale outdoor entertainment spaces. Its modular design allows for configurations accommodating up to 10,000 attendees, primarily for amplified live music and stage productions.
The auditorium features a substantial flat standing area directly before the stage, providing an immersive experience for those in close proximity. This area is flanked and backed by extensive tiered seating sections, arranged in a wide arc. This tiered layout ensures that most spectators have unobstructed sightlines towards the stage. Acoustically, as an open-air venue situated in the desert, the space's sound profile is entirely dependent on sophisticated PA systems.
