Designed by Francisco de Paula Morera i Gatell and constructed between 1912 and 1925, the complex showcases the robust, often utilitarian aesthetic of Catalan Art Nouveau, adapted for industrial purpose. Following its conversion into a cultural hub, the hall opened its doors as a dedicated performance venue, retaining elements of its historical architecture with high ceilings, exposed brickwork, and a distinct industrial character.
The auditorium operates primarily with a flat floor configuration, allowing for flexible setups ranging from standing concerts to cabaret-style seating or conventional theatre rows, accommodating approximately 300-400 patrons depending on the specific event layout.
