The nearest light rail (Mi Tren Ligero) stations are 'División del Norte' on Line 1 and 'San Andrés' on Line 2, both requiring a significant onward journey to reach the stadium. From División del Norte, expect approximately a 30-minute walk east along Avenida Patria, or a short taxi/rideshare. From San Andrés, a similar 30-minute walk north on Calle Presa Laurel leads to the venue.

Estadio Jalisco is well-served by Guadalajara's bus network. The Mi Macro Calzada (Bus Rapid Transit) Line 1 features an "Estadio Jalisco" stop on Calzada Independencia Norte, approximately an 8-minute walk west of the stadium's main entrances. Numerous local bus routes, including numbers 275-B, 33A, and 630, have stops within a 5-minute radius along streets such as Calzada Independencia and Fidel Velázquez Sánchez.

Several official and informal parking lots are available directly adjacent to the stadium and in the surrounding Colonia Independencia neighborhood. The largest official lots are located off Calle Siete Colinas. Expect significant congestion and limited availability on event days; advance booking is generally not an option, and fees are collected upon entry. Arriving early is strongly advised to secure a space.

Main entrances are distributed around the stadium's perimeter, with specific gate assignments often printed on tickets. Queueing systems are managed by barriers and staff, typically forming lines leading to security checkpoints for bag searches and ticket scanning. Arriving 60 to 90 minutes before a major event is recommended to allow ample time for ingress, particularly to avoid peak congestion immediately prior to kick-off or showtime. Small bags are usually permitted, but larger backpacks are often prohibited or subject to storage restrictions.
