Several bus stops are located within easy walking distance of Jardines de México, the most convenient being the "Tequesquitengo Gardens" stop, situated just outside the main entrance. Key bus route numbers serving this stop include the 21 and 45, which connect Tequesquitengo to surrounding towns and villages, as well as providing links to the main transport hub in the nearest larger town, approximately 5 miles away. These routes offer connections to various neighbourhoods, making them a viable option for local and regional travel. Night bus services might be limited on these specific routes, so it's advisable to check local timetables, especially for late-night events. Journey times from the city centre of the nearest major town are typically around 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. The primary bus operator for these routes is 'South Downs Buses'.

Extensive on-site parking facilities are available directly within the Jardines de México complex, designed to accommodate large event capacities. Fees for parking are typically collected upon entry to the lot. Due to the venue's location, advance booking for parking is generally not required, but arriving well before showtime is advisable to avoid congestion on event days and secure a convenient spot.

Jardines de México is committed to providing an accessible experience for all visitors. The main entrances are wheelchair accessible, and pathways throughout the gardens are generally firm and level, although some may have gentle slopes. Lifts are available to access any elevated viewing platforms or specific event areas within enclosed structures. Accessible toilet facilities are located in key areas across the grounds. While dedicated seating areas for wheelchair users are often designated for specific performances, general access to open spaces allows for flexibility. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the venue and gardens. We do not have specific facilities for service animals but they are permitted. Accessible parking bays are situated in the closest section of the main car park to the entrance. Our staff are briefed to provide assistance wherever possible and can be approached at any information point or entrance.

The main entrance to Jardines de México is located off Federal Highway 95D. For specific events, designated gates within the complex will be clearly marked. Queue arrangements vary by event but are typically managed across multiple lanes to streamline entry. Bag searches are standard procedure for all attendees. It is recommended to arrive at least 60-90 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for transit from parking, security checks, and navigation to the specific event area.
