• Bus & Public Transit: Numerous EMT Madrid bus routes serve the Gran Vía corridor. Key stops are directly adjacent to the venue. Routes 1, 2, 3, 46, 74, 146, 147, N16, N18, N19, N20, and N21 all have stops within a 2-minute walk, providing extensive connections across the city.
• Parking: Parking in central Madrid is highly restricted and paid, with zones like Madrid Central in effect. Named underground car parks within a 10-minute walk include Parking Luna-Tudescos (Calle Tudescos, 1-3), Parking Plaza del Carmen (Plaza del Carmen), and Parking Gran Vía (Calle Gran Vía, 68). Expect high hourly rates and potential congestion; advance booking is highly recommended, especially on weekends.
• Entry & Doors: The main entrance is located on Calle Gran Vía. Queue arrangements are managed by staff and can extend along the pavement during peak times. Standard bag search and security checks are mandatory upon entry. For popular events, arriving 30-45 minutes before the advertised door time is advisable to ensure efficient entry and secure a preferred viewing position, particularly for general admission standing tickets.

Lula Club strives to be accessible to all patrons, though the specific facilities may vary due to the nature of historic urban venues. Wheelchair access is generally provided at the main entrance, and staff are available to assist with entry and navigating the space. While lifts may not be present in all older buildings, level access to the main performance area and bar is typically ensured. Accessible toilet facilities are usually available, designed to accommodate wheelchair users. For those with hearing impairments, the presence of a hearing loop or induction loop system should be confirmed directly with the venue, as this is not standard in all smaller clubs. Assistance animals are typically welcomed. Companion care facilities, if required, should be arranged in advance. Accessible parking information and specific drop-off points near the venue can be provided by the venue management upon request. Staff are generally trained to offer support to visitors with diverse needs.
