New Wimbledon Theatre

The nearest mainline and Underground station is Wimbledon Station, serving the District Line (Underground), Northern Line (Underground, via interchange at South Wimbledon), South Western Railway, and Tramlink. From Wimbledon Station, the theatre is a 7-minute walk south down The Broadway, directly accessible.

Numerous bus routes serve The Broadway, with stops directly outside or within a one-minute walk of the theatre. Key routes include the 57, 93, 131, 200, 219, and 493, connecting Wimbledon with surrounding areas of South West London.

For those arriving by car, several paid car parks are available within a 10-minute radius. The Centre Court Shopping Centre car park (off Queen's Road) and the Wimbledon Station car park (NCP, off Alexandra Road) are primary options. Expect fees, particularly for evening durations, and be aware that Wimbledon can experience significant traffic congestion, especially during peak periods. Advance booking for these facilities is not typically required but can offer peace of mind.

The main entrance is prominently located on The Broadway. Queue arrangements on the pavement are managed by staff, typically forming along the theatre's frontage. Standard security protocols, including bag searches for medium to large bags, are in operation. To allow ample time for ticket scanning, finding seats, and accessing pre-show refreshments, patrons are advised to arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to the advertised start time.
