Originally opening as PH Live around 2011, the venue was a significant redevelopment within the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino complex, transforming a previous performance space into a dedicated, purpose-built concert auditorium. It has since undergone further branding changes, but the core structure remains.

The auditorium is a large-capacity, multi-tiered space engineered for amplified music acts, capable of accommodating approximately 7,000 patrons. The configuration typically includes a flexible standing pit directly in front of the stage, followed by extensive tiered seating sections across orchestra, mezzanine, and balcony levels. Architecturally, the space prioritizes clear sightlines towards the performance area, a common characteristic of modern, large-scale entertainment venues. Acoustically, the hall is designed for powerful sound reinforcement. The standing pit offers an immersive, high-energy experience with direct stage proximity. Seated sections, particularly in the lower and mid-tiers, generally provide comfortable viewing with unobstructed sightlines, though patrons in the highest balcony tiers will naturally experience a more distant perspective of the stage.
