PNE Forum

While Vancouver's SkyTrain network does not directly serve the PNE Forum within easy walking distance, the closest station, Renfrew (Millennium Line), is a hub for onward bus travel. From Renfrew Station, bus routes such as the #16 provide a direct connection to stops on East Hastings Street, immediately adjacent to the PNE grounds. This combined SkyTrain and bus journey typically takes 25-30 minutes from downtown.

The PNE Forum is well-served by TransLink bus routes along East Hastings Street. Key routes include the #16 (29th Avenue Station/Arbutus) and the #N35 (Downtown/SFU NightBus). Numerous stops are situated directly outside the PNE grounds on East Hastings Street. Connections to other major transit lines are readily available from these routes.

Extensive on-site parking is available within the Pacific National Exhibition grounds. Access is typically via Gate 6 on Renfrew Street or Gate 9 on Bridgeway Street (near McGill Street). Fees are charged per entry, and during major events, lots can experience significant congestion upon arrival and exit. Advance booking for general event parking is not typically offered, so arrive early to secure a space.

The primary public entrance for the Forum is generally well-marked, often facing East Hastings Street or within the main PNE complex when active. Queue arrangements are managed by event staff, typically leading to security checkpoints where bag searches and metal detector screenings are standard policy. Arrival 45-60 minutes before scheduled door times is advisable for popular events to mitigate potential queuing delays.
