We have a lift available to access all public areas and performance spaces within the venue. Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor and are clearly signposted. While we do not currently have a permanent induction loop system, arrangements can be made for specific events with advance notice. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the venue. We do not have specific service animal facilities, but staff will be happy to assist with any immediate needs. Accessible parking is available in the nearby Guadalajara Multi-Storey Car Park. Our front-of-house staff are fully trained and available to provide assistance to any visitor who requires it.

Doors typically open 30 minutes before the advertised start time for most events at Tesistown. Please check individual event listings for precise details. For security reasons, large bags and backpacks are not permitted; a maximum bag size of A4 is enforced. Prohibited items include professional recording equipment, weapons, and outside food and drink. Photography and video policies vary per artist, but generally, flash photography is not allowed, and personal use non-professional cameras may be permitted unless otherwise stated. Bringing your own food and drink into the venue is not allowed. Re-entry to the venue after leaving is generally not permitted.
