This late 19th-century industrial edifice houses a modern club space designed for live music. The venue features a single, flat standing floor with a raised stage at one end, accommodating approximately 350 patrons. The inherent robust construction of the original water tower provides excellent sound isolation from the exterior.
The internal configuration prioritizes an intimate performance experience. Sightlines from anywhere on the floor are generally unimpeded due to the compact nature of the auditorium. Acoustically, the hall delivers a direct and impactful sound, typical of a solid-walled club environment. While not an acoustically designed concert hall, the space relies on a well-calibrated PA system to provide clarity and substantial presence, suitable for contemporary music genres.
