Ushuaïa Ibiza, opened in 2011, is an open-air superclub integrated within a luxury hotel complex directly fronting Platja d'en Bossa beach in Sant Jordi de ses Salines. The architectural design is distinctly modern and minimalist, characterized by clean lines, white finishes, and a sprawling layout centered around an expansive swimming pool. The hall functions as a vast outdoor performance space, with a prominent elevated stage situated at the inland side, facing towards the beach.

The configuration features a large, flat standing area that incorporates the hotel's pool, allowing patrons to dance both poolside and in the water. Surrounding this central area are multi-tiered VIP sections and the balconies of the hotel rooms, offering elevated vantage points over the entire spectacle. With a capacity of approximately 7,000-8,000 guests, sightlines are generally unhindered across the main floor, with premium views available from the elevated platforms and room balconies. As an open-air venue, the acoustic reality is entirely dependent on the highly sophisticated, powerful sound system. Natural room acoustics are nonexistent; instead, a meticulously designed PA array ensures high sound pressure levels and direct sound projection across the large expanse, with sound clarity dictated by system calibration and environmental factors.

Ingress to Ushuaïa Ibiza is typically via designated club entrances, separate from the main hotel reception, leading directly into the immense outdoor performance area. The space is well-equipped with numerous integrated bars strategically placed around the perimeter of the dance floor and within VIP zones, facilitating drink service for a large crowd. During peak events, the standing pit directly in front of the stage can become densely packed, fostering an energetic and immersive party atmosphere. The atmosphere is generally one of high-energy spectacle, driven by world-renowned electronic music artists and elaborate stage productions.
