Flex

The venue is situated immediately adjacent to the Schottenring U-Bahn station, served by lines U2 and U4. From the station exit leading towards the Donaukanal, Flex is a 2-minute walk south along the canal path, directly under the Augartenbrücke.

The Schottenring stop functions as a significant transit hub. Tram lines 1 and 31, as well as bus line 5A, serve this stop. From the tram or bus stops at Schottenring, access involves a brief 3-minute walk south along the Donaukanal promenade to the venue entrance.

Metered street parking in the immediate vicinity is scarce, particularly during evening hours. The Urania-Garage (Obere Donaustraße 97) is a multi-story car park located a 9-minute walk south along the canal. Alternatively, the Contipark Parkgarage Ringstraßen Galerien (Mahlerstraße 6) is an 11-minute walk west across the Ringstraße, offering hourly rates; advance booking is advisable for guaranteed space during peak times.

Flex is committed to ensuring accessibility for all patrons. The main entrance is step-free and suitable for wheelchair users. Inside the venue, a lift is available to access the main auditorium and upper levels, where designated wheelchair viewing areas are provided. Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor and are clearly signposted. For those with hearing impairments, a hearing loop system is available upon request at the main box office; please inform staff in advance if you require this service. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the venue, and water bowls can be provided. While dedicated service animal facilities are not on-site, staff will assist with any immediate needs. A limited number of accessible parking bays are available in the nearby City Centre Car Park, and venue staff are always on hand to offer assistance with entry, exit, and navigation within the building. Please contact the venue in advance to discuss any specific requirements.

The primary entrance is located on the Donaukanal side, directly beneath the Augartenbrücke. Queue management typically extends along the canal path. Standard club security procedures, including bag checks, are enforced upon entry. It is advisable to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to scheduled door times to mitigate potential queueing, especially for high-demand events.
